if this bill passes the state WILL LOOSE OVER $1.5 Million in fishing licenes alone not to mention camping looses due to fishing as well as gas sales and on and on to save from a potental threat that if its going to happen this bill wont change a thing!! the fish still school the ducks still flock and the deer still heard in the winter regardless if anyone is feeding them or not!! get out of the office and go see for yourself!!

ok so tell me how u think this is going to help anyone here in iowa to ban the use of fishing with live bait? what does this have to do with any of the other cases in other states that are all not related to anything to do with water or the water quality other than the removal of non-native spices from iowas water ways %90 of iowas bait shops are all using fathead minnows that are bred for the use of bait they are not bringing in the junk fish that are released in the waters, and how can you claim that animals grouping together has anything to do with feeding them? in the wild there is verry few animals in iowa that do not group up on there oun THIS IS NOT THE ANSER!!! we need to step back and look at what the real problem is.

You can not be serious!!! The live bait that we use to fish with is the live bait that the bait shops got out of those ponds, lakes and rivers. My family and I go fishing all the time, our kids love it! You are trying to take away the one thing we can afford to do as a family (5 kids). Not to mention I love to feed the birds and squirrels on MY property. Laws, taxes and restrictions in this state are getting out of control. Some people are just a bunch of power control freaks and money grubbing scoundrals who have nothing better to do with their time then to make the life of it citizens just plain awful!! So much for the land of the free, its more like the land of dumb and dumber!!!! I am tired of paying my taxes to just have more and more of my rights taken away!!
